Anyone who knows me knows how much I love babies. I love my own babies, I love other people's babies, I love babies I've never met. Why? Am I just some kind of baby-crazed nut case? I don't think that's it. I think that each time I look at one, hold one, smell one, I glimpse the awesome power of God. Truly. I am overwhelmed by the power contained in such a tiny fragile package. I have an immediate connection to the Incarnation in my arms. One tiny, warm, curled up baby contained all the power and wonder of the universe and more. In the same way, because each baby is made in the image and likeness of God, each baby contains a glimpse of that power...The Must See TV that I make note of in the title of this post is a perfect example of the power of God manifested in one small baby. This short movie (6 minutes) touched me deeply. I know that you all will appreciate it! Please watch it and if you don't already have a passionate love of babies, then maybe you will develop one after watching this film.
